Former Chelsea Left Back Ashley Cole could be set to join up with his former teammate Frank Lampard at Everton.
Sky Sports and numerous other sources have stated that Everton are in talks with the Chelsea U16 coach about potentially joining Lampard’s current backroom staff. Cole would also be joining Joe Edwards, Paul Clement, Chris Jones, Duncan Ferguson and Alan Kelly on Lampard’s staff.
Lampard and Cole spent eight years together at Chelsea winning one Premier League title, four FA Cups, one Champions League and two League Cups.
Cole is currently Chelsea U16 Coach while also working in the England U21 set up under Lee Carsley.
Talks are still ongoing and a decision could be made that sees Cole join the blues.
Vitalii Mykolenko will have some brilliant coaches to take example of at USM Finch Farm if the former Chelsea Left Back joins with Leighton Baines already in the Everton coaching set up albeit working with the youth set up.
