Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite has joined PSV Eindhoven on loan for the 2022/23 season.
The 20-year-old centre-back moves to the Dutch club, managed by former Manchester United and Real Madrid striker Ruud van Nistelrooy, who finished second in Eredivisie last term to reach the Champions League qualifying stage.
Branthwaite signed for Everton from Carlisle United in January 2020 at the age of 17, having played 14 first-team matches for the League Two club.
He earned his senior Blues debut against Wolverhampton Wanderers in July 2020 and has gone on to make 13 First-Team appearances, netting his maiden goal in the 1-1 draw at Chelsea in December last year.
Branthwaite, who had a loan spell with Blackburn Rovers for the second half of the 2021/22 Championship campaign, signed a new contract with Everton in December until the end of June 2025.
