Loan Report.

Greek Super League:

Kevin Mirallas: Olympiacos

Kevin played 85 minutes is Olympiacos 2-0 victory over Lamia. It was Kevin’s first home game since his return to the Greek champions.

Sky Bet Championship:

Joe Williams: Barnsley

Joe started his 3 match suspension and missed out on Barnsley’s 0-0 draw at home to Wolves. Barnsley sit 19th.

Antonee Robinson and Harry Charsley: Bolton Wanderers

Antonee played 90 minutes and received a 5/10 rating in the 2-0 defeat at Brentford. Antonee was at fault for Brentford’s opener and couldn’t handle the threat of Brentford’s tricky wingers. However Antonee offered the most going forward out of any Wanderers player.

Making his Bolton debut this week was Harry Charsley who played 55 minutes in the number 10 role. His performance divided fans. BoltonNews.Com stated he was a positive with direct forward thinking and was a bright spark on a quite frankly poor day, where as the LifeOfViennaSuite player ratings deemed him as a 4/10 and bluntly labelled him ‘rubbish’. Only time will tell but the latter opinion seems harsh. Bolton sit 21st.

Kieran Dowell: Nottingham Forest

Kieran played 90 minutes in Nottingham Forest’s 0-1 home defeat to Aston Villa. Kieran was labelled as ‘Never really got into the game aside of one late snap effort which almost caught out Sam Johnstone and drew Forest level from the edge of the box. Will learn a fair bit from these type of games -5/10’ Forest sit 15th, 11 clear of relegation, and 11 of the play offs.

Callum Connolly: Ipswich Town

Introducing Callum as Town’s player of the month for December. Following this, Callum played 90 minutes as Town beat Leeds United 1-0 at Portman Road. Callum played Defensive Midfield and was described as ‘you never get anything other than full commitment from the young loanee who was strong in the tackle and looked to drive forward at every opportunity. Some of his passing was a little wayward at times but his contribution was excellent. 7.’ Town sit 12th, 4 points of the play offs.

Matthew Pennington: Leeds United

Matthew missed Leeds’ 1-0 defeat at Ipswich through injury. Leeds sit 7th.

Tyias Browning: Sunderland

Another day of misery for Tyias and Sunderland as they slipped to a 4-0 defeat at Cardiff. Tyias received a 4/10 rating for ‘being Part of a shambolic back line, although he was by no means the worst’ Sunderland sit 24th.
